How we did this
The survey
Gwinnett County Public Schools conducted this feedback survey as part of Dr. Alexandra Estrella’s Listening & Learning Tour. It was shared as an open web link and a QR code. Anyone with the link could answer, and answers were anonymous.
The 528 responses on this site were received from 3 August 2026 onward.

In addition to the survey, GCPS is gathering feedback through a variety of in-person, virtual, and direct outreach opportunities. - student focus groups held during the school day - in-person sessions for teachers and building-level staff - in-person sessions for families and community members - virtual and specialty virtual sessions - administrator feedback gathered at administrator meetings - direct email to TransitionPlanning@gcpsk12.org
Why there is no “response rate”
You will often see a survey described as “a 40% response rate” or similar. We cannot give a figure like that, and it is worth being clear why.
A response rate needs two numbers: how many people answered, and how many people were asked. There is no second number: the survey was an open link, so there was no list of invited people. Nobody was selected, and nobody was left out.
How the questions worked
The ranking question
People ranked the four priorities from first to fourth, and everyone who completed the ranking gave a valid, complete order.
We report the share who put each priority in their top two, because first-place picks alone would reverse the result. Putting a priority fourth means “less urgent than the other three right now”, not “unimportant”.

- Out of everyone who answered that statement, the percentage who chose somewhat agree or strongly agree. Rounded to whole numbers, because the survey is not precise enough to justify decimals.
- Top two
- For the ranking question, the share of people who put a priority first or second out of four.
What we do not publish, and why
Any figure resting on fewer than 10 people is withheld. Not rounded, not approximated — left out, and labelled as not shown. In a group of 8 people, a single percentage can identify one person’s answer.
